After 20 years in international hospitality, Agnès Pierre-Louis founded Resort Economix to provide high-touch, strategic support to early-stage resorts and hospitality ventures.
Her background includes launching and repositioning hospitality businesses across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America, working with developers, investors, family offices, and entrepreneurs to bring unique concepts to life.
Agnès began her career in hotel operations and advisory, serving as a Director at Horwath HTL, where she led over 40 market and feasibility studies for luxury resorts, branded residences, and all-inclusive developments. She later served as General Manager at Blueground, spearheading the company’s Miami launch, and went on to successfully open and scale a boutique wellness studio in Miami that became profitable within six months.
Her experience spans market research, business modeling, investment assessment, and operational planning—always with a focus on practical solutions and long-term viability.
Agnès holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor’s in International Hospitality & Tourism Management from EHL (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne), and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment from Cornell University. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, she is a regular contributor to global industry forums including HOLA, IMN, and UNWTO.
